Kenomi currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
UK Standard Delivery is £3.99 and usually takes 3–5 business days once your order has been dispatched.
Free UK Standard Delivery is available on orders of £60 and over.
UK Express Delivery is £6.99 and usually takes 1–2 business days once your order has been dispatched.
Orders are carefully packed and processed before being sent out. Please allow time for your order to be prepared, especially during launch periods, limited drops or busy seasons.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your delivery details.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to make changes once your order has been processed or dispatched.
Kenomi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information, courier delays, busy seasonal periods or circumstances outside of our control.
