You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know that you would like to return an item.

Once your return has been approved, please send the item back to us within 14 days.

return condition

Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included where possible.

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, scents, damage or missing tags.

return postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Kenomi Kids cannot be responsible for returns that are lost on the way back to us.

refunds

Once your return has arrived and has been checked, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process it.

exchanges

We cannot always guarantee exchanges, especially during small drops or limited stock releases.

If you need a different size, the quickest option may be to return your item and place a new order if the size is still available.

faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos.

We’ll look into it and help resolve the issue.

non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not be able to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, personalised, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the returns window.
