Please use our website respectfully and only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse, copy, damage, interrupt or attempt to interfere with the website or its content.

We may update, remove or change parts of the website at any time.

products

We try our best to show product colours, details and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours may look slightly different depending on your device screen.

All products are subject to availability. Because Kenomi may release small drops, some items may sell out quickly.

sizing

Our sizing guide is there to help you choose the best fit for your little one. Age is only a guide, as every child grows differently.

If your child is between sizes, taller for their age, or you prefer a roomier fit, we recommend sizing up.

orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with stock, pricing, payment, delivery details or suspected misuse of the website.

prices & payment

All prices are shown in GBP. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

Payment must be made at checkout using one of the available payment methods.

delivery

Delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or on our Delivery page.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect delivery details entered at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may be affected by courier delays, bank holidays, weather or busy seasonal periods.

returns & cancellations

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you would like to cancel or return your item. After telling us, you then have another 14 days to return the item back to us.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging included where possible.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order.

faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos.

We will look into it and help resolve the issue in line with your consumer rights.

pre-orders

If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be shown on the product page.

If your order contains a pre-order item, your full order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

discounts & promotions

Discount codes, promotions or special offers may be available for a limited time only.

We reserve the right to amend, pause or end promotions at any time. Discount codes cannot usually be applied after an order has been placed.

All branding, images, designs, logos, text and creative content on this website belong to Kenomi Kids unless stated otherwise.
