We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. All orders are carefully packed and sent using a tracked delivery service.

processing time

Please allow 2–4 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch. During launch periods, new drops or busier seasons, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your delivery details.

After dispatch, UK delivery usually takes around 2–5 working days, depending on the courier and your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, bank holidays, weather, or busy seasonal periods.

incorrect delivery details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Kenomi Kids cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can look into it with the courier.

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery delays are outside of our control, but we’ll always try to support you where we can.

pre-orders

If an item is available for pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be stated on the product page. If your order contains a pre-order item, your full order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.
